Job summary

BioTechTrek in the Philippines seeks a laboratory technician to perform routine analysis of specimens and document results according to SOPs. You will evaluate results using analysis algorithms in our lab systems and identify unusual or potential errors for escalation to senior staff.

You will also prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions, and perform secondary review of results after being deemed competent for relevant instruments and data types, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must follow basic laboratory principles and GLP practices.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Clear understanding of lab terminology and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis of laboratory specimens and document results per SOPs.
• Evaluate analytical results against algorithms in lab systems.
