Job summary

eData Services US, L.L.C. in Taguig seeks a detail-oriented medical records interviewer to gather patient information, review source documents, and compose accurate medical narratives.

You will conduct structured clinical interviews, write polished reports in the required format, and submit them to the Production Supervisor for review. A Medical Allied background with healthcare/BPO experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Allied course with healthcare exposure.
• Strong English writing and medical writing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Experience in BPO or Healthcare account preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Upper McKinley, Taguig.

Job Summary: Responsible for interviewing patients and retrieving/reviewing information to compose accurate and complete medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Outreach: Conduct initial calls to patients to schedule interviews.
• Document Review: Retrieve and review source documents to establish the patient's medical background.
• Clinical Interviewing: Conduct scheduled patient interviews following the client’s standardized questionnaire.
• Narrative Writing: Analyze information obtained during interviews to create detailed medical narratives in the required format.
• Reporting: Submit completed reports to the Production Supervisor for review.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Graduate of a Medical Allied course preferably with experience in BPO or in a Healthcare account
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Writing: Excellent command of written English and professional medical writing skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Preferably with knowledge in medical history-taking.
• Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Upper McKinley, Taguig.
