Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Medical Doctor with an active PRC license and Diplomate in Internal Medicine to lead Medical & Clinical Operations within a Healthcare BPO in Makati, operating hybrid with 2–3 days onsite and night shift.

You will oversee care coordination, review cases for medical decisions, develop policies, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a dynamic team. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PRC Physician License.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine (Diplomate).
• Completed residency training.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Within 50 km of Makati.
• Stable internet (≥100 Mbps).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
