Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a healthcare executive to provide medical leadership across utilization management, cost containment, and provider network oversight in a dynamic environment in Metro Manila.

Ideal candidates will have an MD with PRC licensure, 5–7 years in clinical practice, and strong leadership and analytical skills to support underwriting, claims assessment, and client requirements while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid Philippines PRC license required.
• Minimum 5–7 years clinical practice in mortality/morbidity risk preferred.
• Experience leading medical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, risk assessment, claims management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze utilization and claims trends to identify cost drivers and containment initiatives.
• Provide medical oversight for provider network and Medical Call Center operations.
• Negotiate service arrangements that promote cost efficiency and quality care.
• Set team direction, coach, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide medical input to underwriting, claims assessment, and case resolution.
• Monitor utilization and medical spend to support sustainable claims performance.
• Oversee chronic disease management program implementation to improve outcomes.
