QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Team Lead, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.

• Strong background in claims processing, US healthcare benefits, and compliance handling.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Proficient in handling regulatory documentation and complaint workflows.
