Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Computer-related or Paramedical / Medical-allied course.
• Knowledge in basic computer operations (data encoding, MS Word/Excel).
• Familiarity with basic medical terms is an advantage.
• At least three months On-the-Job Training or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Encode medical results from completed patient worksheets into the Clinic Management Information System.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of encoded data.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient medical records.
• Coordinate with collators and other departments when clarifications are needed.
