Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid license (PHRN).
• Active CIC or CCS certification required or in progress for eligibility.
• Experience supervising or leading in medical coding roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of inpatient coding professionals.
• Provide leadership in coding accuracy, throughput and quality assurance.
• Support training and career development within the team.
