Job summary

We are seeking experienced Medical Coders to join our team in Pasay, Metro Manila. You will review medical records and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for outpatient encounters, ensuring compliance with regulations and payer requirements.

Responsibilities include collaborating with providers to clarify documentation, supporting claims teams to resolve coding issues, and generating reports on coding productivity, compliance, and billing status.

Qualifications

• Must be RN with active coding license and experience in medical coding.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS.

As an Medical Coder, you will be responsible for reviewing and coding medical records for encounters, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate coding for insurance billing, reimbursement, and patient care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical charts and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for outpatient visits, including ED, physician visits, and ambulatory surgical procedures.

• Ensure codes are assigned in compliance with all applicable regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards.

• Work with claims teams to resolve any coding-related issues and ensure timely submission of claims.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, insurance regulations, and healthcare industry practices.

Qualifications
