Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with US healthcare claims.
• Understanding of health claims processing/adjudication.
• Medical terminology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate medical claims with accurate coding and data entry.
• Verify patient eligibility, provider credentialing, and coverage details.
• Communicate with internal resources to resolve claim discrepancies.
• Process Encounter data, Professional and Institutional Claims across plans.
• Ensure payment/denial accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Maintain detailed records of claims processing activities.
• Identify and escalate complex or unusual claims for review.
• Handle claims with multiple services or providers.
