Job summary

Comrise is seeking an entry-level to junior healthcare billing professional with at least 1 year of US provider billing experience and AR collections exposure. The role requires strong English communication, outbound calling readiness, and familiarity with EOBs and CMS claim forms (CMS-1500, UB-04).

Ideal candidates may have 1st year college or a high school diploma and will work within a Philippine team to support US providers in revenue cycle activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in US healthcare provider billing (hospital or physician billing).
• Minimum 1 year experience in AR collections.
• Above-average English communication skills and willingness to do outbound calls.
• Familiarity with key healthcare and insurance terminologies: copay, coinsurance, deductibles.
• Knowledge in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
• Familiarity with medical claim forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04.
