Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections experience in a BPO setting.
• At least 1 year US healthcare experience (Medical/Healthcare Insurance).
• Experience with AR follow-ups, denials and appeals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with payers to resolve outstanding claims via phone, email, fax or websites.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets per departmental policies.
• Use workflow and client host systems to collect payments and resolve accounts.
• Adhere to client policies and payer filing deadlines.
• Identify and resolve payer payment delays and billing errors.
