Job summary

CompIQ Solutions is a software and full-service provider focusing on the property and casualty medical bill review market. We seek a Medical Bill Review Associate (Coder) to accurately review and process bills using the IQ Review System, following fee schedules, UCR, and client instructions.

You will maintain provider and claim data, meet daily production quotas, and escalate issues to leadership while delivering timely, high-quality work in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Review medical bills using IQ Review System according to schedules.
• Follow client instructions and quality standards in review.
• Maintain accurate provider and claim information and meet daily quotas.

Responsibilities

• Encodes medical bills (pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, etc.) using IQ Review System.
• Meet daily production quotas with fee schedules and UCR guidelines.
• Select proper PPO network per client instructions and update records.
• Follow training materials to review medical bills accurately.
• Provide quality review as directed by supervisor.
• Identify system or bill issues and communicate with leadership.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
