Responsibilities

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment; initiates testing and documents results.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Provides care during visits including intake, tests, screenings, labs, meds, and care gaps closure.
• Educates patients regarding tests, medications, and diet.
• Monitors inventory and ensures adequate supplies and functioning equipment.
• Supports staff teamwork and assists patients, visitors, and co-workers as needed.
• Performs clinical intake including screenings, history, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
• Assists with minor procedures and ensures accurate documentation at time of service.
