Job summary

CF Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Social Media Coordinator and Multimedia Artist in the Philippines. The role blends content creation, video production, and brand-focused storytelling across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

You will manage end-to-end content from concept to publishing, ensuring alignment with campaigns and client needs. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio with motion graphics and edited videos, plus experience in healthcare, corporate, or agency

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing motion graphics, animation, or visual effects
• Portfolio with at least one professionally edited video showcasing editing skills
• Healthcare/corporate/agency/commercial content experience preferred
• Familiarity with 2D/3D animation tools preferred
• Understanding of digital marketing and content performance metrics preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Design graphics and multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos, commercials, and promotional content
• Produce motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and visual effects (VFX)

• Coordinate with talent, clients, and team members during video production

About the role

This role combines the responsibilities of a Social Media Coordinator and Multimedia Artist, with a strong focus on video content creation, editing, and commercial production. You will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content that supports brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and social media growth across multiple platforms. You will manage the entire content production process, from concept development and filming to post-production and publishing.

About you

• Must submit a portfolio for review prior to the interview process
• Portfolio must include at least one animated video demonstrating motion graphics, animation, or visual effects
• Portfolio must include at least one professionally edited video showcasing video editing capabilities
• Experience creating content for healthcare, corporate, agency, or commercial brands (preferred)
• Familiarity with 2D/3D animation tools (preferred)
• Understanding of digital marketing and content performance metrics (preferred)
• Photography and videography experience (preferred)
