Job summary

360-365 MARKETING OPC is seeking a hands-on Media Buyer who also plans and creates content for two niches: fundraising/donations and prize draws. You will manage campaigns on Meta, test new angles weekly, create ads, and own tracking systems (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs). The role requires strong Meta policy knowledge and fluent English.

You will report weekly on spend, CPA, ROAS, and strategize next steps. Onsite at BGC, Taguig with a mid-shift schedule; ASAP start in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience.
• $20K+ per month Meta spend managed, with proof.
• Can create content: short videos, static designs, ad copy.
• Experience in donations, sweepstakes, raffles or other restricted niches.
• Strong knowledge of Meta policies and account recovery.
