About the role

Your responsibilities

  • Traffic acquisition
  • Define strategy for traffic acquisition off-platform
  • Quickly identify and onboard the right media and technology partners to execute on that strategy
  • Acquisition channels include Search, affiliates, re-targeting, social media
  • KPI is Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and eCommerce Attributed sales
  • Manage and optimize budget by traffic source and by e-tailer
  • Co-develop weekly activity calendar with UX Manager.
  • Perform test and learn to determine (A/B, split audience) to determine best practices increase conversion rate.

Internal engagement & co-ordination

  • Closely work with internal partners to ensure best campaigns coordination: eCRM, brand marketing, eCommerce Team
  • Become RB subject matter expert in ASEAN on media & search as pertains to eCommerce.
The experience we're looking for
  • 3-5 years in FMCG account management. Preferably includes eCommerce
  • Solid experience working on SEM, affiliates, re-targeting, managing accounts and performance directly and through specialized agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Strong ownership, hands-on and good at dealing with ambiguity in a start-up like environment
  • Excels at working with internal stakeholders and third parties/agencies responsible for program execution
  • Excellent planning, time and deadline management skills
  • Highly proficient in in Microsoft Office
