Job summary

Metro Pacific Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of Sewage Treatment Plants across Metro Manila. You will work on pumps, valves, blowers, aeros, and CCT systems, ensuring safe operations and adherence to SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Mechanical Technology and experience with STPs, with field duties across NCR. Join a dynamic O&M team and contribute to reliable wastewater treatment services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent technical course.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in overhauling Roots Blowers and Submersible Pumps.
• TESDA Certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct field work and site visits within NCR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
• Inspect and maintain STP equipment including Pumps, Check valves, Butterfly valves, Aeration systems.
• Inspect motors and blowers to ensure proper operation and assess bearing conditions.
• Monitor blower oil levels and perform routine lubrication checks.
• Conduct Chlorine Contact Tank (CCT) cleaning and routine housekeeping activities.
• Operate and monitor STP processes to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to established SOPs and safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
• Completion of scheduled monthly preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensuring all equipment and mechanical systems are maintained in good operating condition.
• Supporting continuous and efficient plant operations across multiple project sites.
