Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking an experienced CAD engineer to produce detailed 2D/3D models for steel molds, lifting equipment, and plant machinery. You will collaborate with Mechanical Engineering teams and sites to translate concepts into manufacturable deliverables.

The role requires strong proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD, meticulous attention to tolerances, welding symbols, and AS1100 standards, with responsibilities including drafting and submitting models for FEA analyses and

Qualifications

• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD modeling and drawings for molds and plant equipment.
• Experience translating design concepts to manufacturable deliverables with materials specs.
• High proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, and Inventor Vault management.
• Ability to adhere to accurate tolerances, welding symbols, and AS1100 standards.
• Drafting and submission of 3D model files for FEA analysis and verification.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D/3D CAD models and drawings for steel molds, mechanical handling, and plant equipment.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering and sites to translate concepts into manufacturable deliverables.
• Maintain Inventor Vault, manage revisions, and ensure compliant submissions per AS1100.
• Prepare drawing submissions for FEA analysis and verification.
• Ensure correct tolerances, welding symbols, and material specs are followed.

Position Summary

• Produce detailed 2D/3D CAD models and drawings for steel molds, mechanical lifting/handling,and plant equipment
• Work closely with Mechanical Engineering and sites (if required) to translate design concepts and structuralrequirements into manufacturable deliverables or for site modification
• High proficiency in Inventor & AutoCAD design and Inventor Vault management
• Follow accurate tolerances, welding symbols, and material specs required for designs
• AutoCAD and Inventor-based drafting and 3D Model file submissions for FEA Analysis
• Vault design management and drawing submissions per AS1100.
• Revision markup documentation and tracking
