Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a Mechanical/Structural Draftsperson to produce detailed 2D/3D CAD models and drawings for steel molds, mechanical lifting/handling equipment, and plant machinery.

You will collaborate with Mechanical Engineering and site teams to translate design concepts and structural requirements into manufacturable deliverables, ensuring strict tolerances, welding symbols, and material specifications; strong proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD and Inventor Vault management is essential.

Qualifications

• 2D/3D CAD modelling for mechanical/structural components.
• Translate design concepts and structural requirements into manufacturable deliverables.
• Follow tolerances, welding symbols, and material specs.
• Prepare AutoCAD/Inventor-based drafts and 3D model submissions for analysis.
• Manage vault drawings and document revision history per AS1100.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed CAD models and drawings for steel molds and plant equipment.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering and sites to translate concepts into deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with tolerances, welding symbols, and material specs.

PositionSummary:

• Produce detailed 2D/3D CAD models and drawings for steel molds, mechanical lifting/handling, and plant equipment
• Work closely with Mechanical Engineering and sites (if required) to translate design concepts and structural requirements into manufacturable deliverables or for site modification
• High proficiency in Inventor & AutoCAD design and Inventor Vault management
• Follow accurate tolerances, welding symbols, and material specs required for designs
• AutoCAD and Inventor-based drafting and 3D Model file submissions for FEA Analysis
• Vault design management and drawing submissions per AS1100.
• Revision markup documentation and tracking
