The role involves monitoring expenditures, preparing cost reports for management, and certifying contractor claims while maintaining accurate commercial records and preparing project-wide commercial reviews.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify any cost variances.
• Support cost control initiatives to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Prepare regular cost reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
• Evaluate quotations and assist in the procurement process.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and contract requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Assess and certify contractor and supplier claims.
• Evaluate completed works and verify progress payments.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Prepare commercial reports for project and management review.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Support project audits and commercial reviews
• Identify risks and opportunities that may impact project costs.
