Goel-Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Pipe and Duct Take Off Quantity Surveyor to work remotely from Manila, Metro Manila. The role involves preparing quantity takeoffs for mechanical piping and ductwork using MIKE software, with full access provided via Amazon Workspaces.

You must have a stable computer setup (20mb internet, two screens) and be meticulous in estimating quantities for commercial building projects. This is a full-time, non-management position based in Manila.

Mechanical Pipe and Duct Take Off Quantity Surveyor (Manila, Metro Manila)

Quantity Surveyor - work from Home. Must have computer and 20mb internet with two screens. Work is hosted thru Amazon Workspaces with full screen recording etc. We are looking for the best and most meticulous quantity take off estimators. Types of jobs we are preparing quantities on: Commercial Buildings - Mechanical pipe and duct takeoff using VTO Software.

Software that we are using: MIKE (Mechanical Insulation Key Estimating)- You must have Quantity Takeoff experience - we will teach. Acrobat. MS Office/Excel/Outlook.

We provide all software thru Amazon Workspaces.

Pay This is full time - We are paying $48,000 PHP/ Month.
