Job Description

MD Aircon Enterprise are currently seeking an office-based Mechanical Engineering Intern (preferably Female) to support our technical and operations team. This internship is ideal for students looking to gain exposure to HVAC design processes, technical documentation, and coordination work—without field/site involvement.

• Assist in preparing technical documents, layout plans, and BOQs for HVAC projects
• Support engineers with equipment selection, load calculations, and system design analysis
• Help manage project files, drawings, and submittals
• Coordinate with vendors for product specifications and pricing
• Participate in internal project planning meetings and technical reviews
• Update project progress reports and maintain documentation records
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong interest in HVAC systems, planning, and technical design
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn office-based technical workflows
