Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical building systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project.
