Job summary

A construction and development firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Manila to manage quantity surveying functions and supervise mechanical installations. You will prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity with AutoCAD and MEPFS systems are preferred, along with the potential for health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in mechanical construction, QS, or site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical works.
• Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works on-site.
• Prepare daily or weekly site progress reports.
