Job summary

KH ELECTRON PHILS CORP is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to set quality standards and reliability expectations for finished products. You will provide technical and statistical expertise to cross-functional teams.

You will formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards, coordinate with production to maximize reliability and minimize costs, and create inspection criteria and procedures.

• Create and direct environmental test functions with Senior Engineer.
• Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance.
• Standardize processes for all work stations.

Job description

• Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Senior Production engineer and other supervisor/manager and team leader to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

• Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.

• Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within company.

• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.(for engineering department)

• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.

• Create and direct environmental test functions and applications with Senior Engineer.

• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance.
