Job summary

SM Development Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Project Supervisor to assist the Project Manager by monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas. The role requires thorough coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day activities, as well as meticulous preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional License (Civil Engineer or Architect) is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in construction, engineering, or project supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic scheduling software.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to be mentored into higher project leadership roles.
