• Repairing: Performing minor repairs, such as changing oil filters and brake pads, and arranging for major repairs
• Reporting: Preparing reports on fuel and oil consumption, and other related reports
• Maintaining records: Logging official trips, daily mileage, and gas consumption
• Advising: Advising on vehicle maintenance issues and spare parts supplies
