Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all types of trucks, with specialized expertise in Euro 5 engines. Ensures that all vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with emission standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all types of trucks (diesel, petrol, light, and heavy-duty trucks).
- Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, suspension checks, and other routine services.
- Provide specialized service for Euro 5 engines, including emission systems: EGR, DPF, SCR, and catalytic converters.
- Calibrate engine control systems to maintain performance and emission compliance.
- Use diagnostic tools for all truck types, including advanced tools for Euro 5 engines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Follow all safety protocols and handle hazardous materials responsibly.
Qualifications
- Vocational certificate or diploma in Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanics, or related field.
- Experience in truck maintenance across multiple types and sizes.
- Proven knowledge of Euro 5 engine systems and emission compliance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
