Job summary

Cato MDR team seeks a SOC Analyst to monitor, investigate, analyze and respond to security incidents across customer networks, triaging events and reporting remediation steps. You will work in a 24x7 shift model and communicate clearly with customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in networking security (T1/T2 in SOC), experience with SIEM, FW, IPS/IDS, and threat intelligence, plus familiarity with MSSP/MDR delivery. CEH/CSA/Security+ are a plus. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (reading/writing).
• Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts including holidays.
• 1–2 years in networking security as a T1/T2 SOC analyst.
• Advantage: MSSP/MDR experience delivering security monitoring for multiple customers.
• Experience with SIEM, firewall, IPS/IDS, and threat intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS).
• Basic experience in security assessment and incident management.
• Understanding of cyber-security landscape and common threats.
• Security Certifications such as CEH, CSA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate incidents to customers and advise customers on remediation
• Contribute to the development and improvement of security monitoring and incident response processes
