• 15+ years IT experience with Informatica MDM.
• Proven enterprise data strategy and governance experience.
• Leadership in modernization programs and data integration.
• Balance technical depth, commercial optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the MDM roadmap, operating model, and modernization strategy.
• Lead design and delivery of Customer 360, Reference 360, match-merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
• Oversee platform configuration, data model evolution, source onboarding, and golden records.
• Provide leadership across Informatica MDM, IDMC, CDI, CDQ, CAI, and licensing considerations.
• Govern license usage, cost drivers, and capacity planning to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Ensure data integrity via profiling, quality controls, migration readiness, and cutover execution.
