Head of Master Data Management | Major Financial Institution | 1-year extendable contract in Manila

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the strategy, modernization, and governance of Informatica Master Data Management (MDM). This role is accountable for ensuring that customer, party, hierarchy, reference, and related master data capabilities are reliable, scalable, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory expectations.

Role Overview

• Define and own the MDM roadmap, operating model, and modernization strategy, including transition to cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Lead the design and delivery of Customer 360, Reference 360, match-merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, stewardship workflows, data quality, metadata, lineage, and integration services.
• Oversee platform configuration, data model evolution, source onboarding, golden record rules, ID generation, APIs, batch integration, and downstream consumption.
• Provide deep technical and functional leadership across Informatica MDM, IDMC, CDI, CDQ, CAI, Business 360, Customer 360, and related licensing considerations.
• Govern license usage, contract commitments, cost drivers, and future capacity needs to maximize commercial value and mitigate compliance risk.
• Safeguard data integrity through profiling, quality controls, reconciliation, migration readiness, regression testing, stewardship adoption, and cutover execution.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of IT experience, with extensive expertise in Informatica MDM.
• Proven track record in enterprise data strategy, delivery execution, and platform governance.
• Strong leadership in managing modernization programs and guiding teams through complex data integration landscapes.
• Ability to balance technical depth, commercial optimization, and regulatory compliance in a banking environment.
