Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines is seeking a Materials Planner (Project Based) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and sub-assemblies for manufacturing and delivery commitments. The role collaborates with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, IQC, and Warehouse teams in a fast-paced electronics environment to manage material requirements and optimize inventory levels.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year in production planning, and Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Production and Material Planning.
• Background with BOM management, material planning, and effectivity date control.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Expedite materials from receiving to warehouse and production.
• Coordinate with Planners, Buyers, Engineering, and Warehouse on urgent materials and inventory pullouts.
• Drive on-time delivery by pushing timely inbound material processing and analysis.
• Provide material status updates and data for management forums.

Job Summary

The Materials Planner (Project Based) is responsible for ensuring timely availability of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and customer delivery commitments. The role coordinates closely with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, IQC, and Warehouse teams to manage material requirements, address shortages, support engineering changes, and maintain optimal inventory levels in a fast-paced electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite materials at receiving/IQC to Warehouse and Production.
• Coordinate with Planners, Buyers, Engineering, and Warehouse teams on urgentmaterials, samples, MSL generation, documentation, and inventory pullouts to ensure production readiness.
• Drive on-time delivery performance by pushing timely processing of inbound materials and assisting planners with material analysis as needed.
• Provide material status updates, summaries, and data roll-ups for management forums, ensuring continuous follow-up from Receiving to Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or any related field.
• With at least 1 year of related experience in Production and Material Planning
• Background with Oracle
• With basic knowledge of BOM management, material planning, and effectivity date control.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
