• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Expedite materials at receiving/IQC to Warehouse and Production.
• Coordinate with Planners, Buyers, Engineering, and Warehouse teams on urgent materials, samples, MSL generation, documentation, and inventory pullouts to ensure production readiness.
• Drive on‑time delivery performance by pushing timely processing of inbound materials and assisting planners with material analysis as needed.
• Provide material status updates, summaries, and data roll‑ups for management forums, ensuring continuous follow‑up from Receiving to Warehouse.

The role coordinates closely with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, IQC, and Warehouse teams to manage material requirements, address shortages, support engineering changes, and maintain optimal inventory levels in a fast‑paced electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite materials at receiving/IQC to Warehouse and Production.
• Coordinate with Planners, Buyers, Engineering, and Warehouse teams on urgent materials, samples, MSL generation, documentation, and inventory pullouts to ensure production readiness.
