Overview

Prepares production plan in accordance to customer's requirements while ensuring optimum utilization of machine capacity, raw and packaging materials. Orders and monitors Raw and Packaging Materials to ensure availability prior production. Coordinates with suppliers and clients to discuss capacity utilization, RPM and Finished Goods availability, annual and monthly FG requirements. Prepares and maintains standard procedures for Planning Department.
