Job summary

The Body Bar Pilates — a modern studio on Mactan Island, Cebu, seeks a Pilates Instructor to join the team. You will conduct Mat and/or Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups, guiding clients safely and adjusting based on their level and goals in a beautiful, calm studio environment.

Ideal candidates are certified or willing to train in Mat/Reformer Pilates, with a background in fitness, sports, or physiotherapy, and possess excellent English and client-focused attitudes.

Qualifications

• Certified in Mat and/or Reformer Pilates, or willing to undergo training.
• Background in sports, fitness, or physiotherapy is a plus.
• Well-organized, reliable, and loyal.
• Polite, friendly, and client-oriented attitude.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Location: The Body Bar Pilates — Mactan Island, Cebu

The Body Bar Pilates is a modern Pilates studio in Mactan focused on high-quality movement, aesthetics, and personalized training. We are looking for a Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Mat and/or Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups




• Guide clients safely and effectively through exercises based on their level and goals




• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment




• Represent the calm, refined, and organized values of The Body Bar brand

Requirements:

• Certified in Mat and/or Reformer Pilates, or willing to undergo training (preferably with a background in sports, fitness, or physiotherapy)




• Well-organized, reliable, and loyal




• Polite, friendly, and client-oriented attitude




• Good command of English (spoken and written)
