NYGC Services, Inc. invites applications for the Master Data Management Lead position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The role is a 6-month contract with a day shift and a hybrid work setup (3 days on-site per week).

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of MDM leadership experience, plus hands-on ERP exposure (Oracle, SAP, D365) and advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Master Data Management Lead

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (3 times a week RTO -Hybrid)

Mode of Hiring: Contract (6 months Extendable)

Shift: Day shift

Job Description:

Must Have:

• Obtained at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Administration, Management Finance or equivalent
• At least 3-5 year in Master Data Management Lead related work experience
• Experience with different ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, D365 and others)
• Advanced skills in the use of MS Office application like Excel Spreadsheets,
• Outlook, Power Point and other applications
• Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done.
• Be able to work in a structured environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willing for a Hybrid Setup on work schedule

Preferred

• Experience in Shared Services/ BPO
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work with the least supervision needed
• Worked in an international and culturally diverse organization
