Job Description (Representative Responsibilities)
Associate Customer Support Specialist (Customer Success team):
- Provide frontline support for clients’ software, resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
- Learn client software quickly, triage requests, and collaborate with Engineering and Product for timely resolutions.
- Communicate with customers effectively via verbal and written channels; maintain documentation of support queries.
Customer Support roles (Mass Hiring):
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints; escalate when necessary for swift resolution.
- Update records of interactions, transactions, and order details; stay current on policies and services.
- Maintain a positive team environment and adhere to SLAs.
Non-voice Customer Support:
- Handle inquiries via digital channels (website chat, SMS/text, email); follow up as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy; meet quality metrics (e.g., chat response times, audits).
Customer Support – Billing/International Roles:
- Deliver excellent support to international clients; coordinate with finance for quotations and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotes; learn new tools and processes; work in hybrid/on-site setups as required.
Quantitative Product Specialist (LSEG):
- Provide specialized service to analysts, researchers, and quants; assist with data usage and platform functionality.
- Build client relationships, train, implement, and support onboarding; advocate for feature enhancements.
- Meet with sales, gather requirements, and demonstrate platform capabilities.
Common Requirements (typical across postings):
- Bachelor’s degree (varies by role)
- Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in English
- Experience in customer service or BPO preferred; non-voice or technical backgrounds common
- Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
