Filinvest Land Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Support Associate to bolster our marketing team.

You will help create integrated activation platforms, drive place branding for projects, and support CSR initiatives on the ground. You will collaborate with vendors, assist in lead generation, and ensure on-site branding and activity execution across sites, with field work 1–2 times a week at project locations, reporting to the Marketing Support Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field.

The Marketing Support Associate will serve as a vital member of our marketing team, focusing on creating integrated activation platforms, place branding for all projects and territory business spaces, and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on the ground. He or she will report to the Marketing Support Manager. The role will involve supporting product marketing, lead generation, sales efforts, and ensuring administrative efficiency across various marketing activities. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by executing impactful marketing activities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop integrated activation platforms for assigned projects
• Coordinates with internal and external vendors/agencies to execute activation plans efficiently
• Oversees the on-ground implementation of CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs, environmental sustainability efforts, and employee volunteer activities.
• Implements brand standards for assigned projects and territory business spaces, ensuring consistent brand representation
• Assists in lead generation activities through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
