Gentem Consulting is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to implement marketing programs that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across the group. The role oversees campaigns, digital initiatives, brand communications, market research, and promotional activities to support business objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, experience in marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects while monitoring budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
• Experience supervising a team or coordinating marketing projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, website management, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and monitor marketing budgets.
• Proficiency in preparing marketing reports and evaluating campaign performance.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
