Marketing Staff / Marketing Associate

Job Purpose

The Marketing Staff member plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role involves drafting multi-channel content, conducting market research, managing social media channels, assisting with events, and tracking performance metrics to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring promotional campaigns across digital, email, print, and social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Draft engaging copy for social media posts, newsletter blasts, blog posts, and marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, ad copy).
• Social Media & Community Management: Schedule daily content, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social channel growth and engagement.
• Market Research & Analytics: Perform competitor analysis, track market trends, and report on key campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Event Coordination: Support the preparation, logistics, and execution of trade shows, product launches, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external creative agencies, printers, venue providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverable fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or communications.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and Email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics

Soft Skills
