Job description

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Team on projects and campaigns that will help achieve business objectives.

Experience in working for FMCG is an advantage.

Specific Accountabilities

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of below-the-line programs, promotions and visibility efforts

• Close coordination with Sales, other Functional Teams within the organization and agencies in order to have smooth execution of programs

• Regular monitoring of Advertising and Promotion budget and expense

• In-charge of releasing purchase orders to suppliers and processing of payment

• Attend to product complaints from consumers

• Assist BAM in product registration from FDA and other regulatory requirements by the government Required Skills and Experience

• English proficiency at least Intermediate

• Minimum 1 year work experience preferably from FMCG

• Degree or above in Business, Marketing or similar discipline

• Exposure to working direct sales teams

• Demonstrate competencies and skills in collaboration, teamwork, adaptability, organizational skills, time management and creativity Working Relationships

• Reports to Senior Brand Manager

• Key relationships internally will include Brand Activations Manager, Sales, Finance, Operations, International and Global Teams Work Environment In line with company policy
