Role: Marketing Specialist
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Tarlac/Pampanga/Cebu/Davao
Schedule: Mid shift
We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide key support to the Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on email communications.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to schedule and deploy engaging email campaigns.
Write clear, elegant, and brand-aligned email copy tailored to various client segments.
Manage and segment email lists to enable personalised and effective communication.
Monitor campaign metrics and compile performance reports for the Operations Manager.
Maintain and organise the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.
Contribute creative input for campaign improvements, including A/B testing and content variations.
Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed, including social media scheduling,asset organisation, and market research.
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and innovations.
Qualification and requirements:
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on email campaigns.
Familiarity with Klaviyo is strongly preferred (or similar platforms such as Mailchimp).
Exceptional written English and copywriting skills with a flair for luxury tone and storytelling.
Strong understanding of segmentation, marketing terminology customer journeys, and key performance indicators.
Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines remotely.
A self-starter with initiative, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
An eye for design and brand consistency, with an appreciation for luxury aesthetic.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
Exceptional written English and copywriting skills with a flair for luxury tone and storytelling.
Strong understanding of segmentation, marketing terminology customer journeys, and key performance indicators.
