Job description

  • Coordinates with all concerned parties to ensure the successful execution of individual programs/projects. These parties may include creative/ad agencies, Toyota dealerships, Toyota Motors Phil (TMP) Marketing Services team, and 3rd party suppliers.

  • Develops and strategizes concept proposals, brand positioning, and marketing programs.

  • Presents programs/projects as complete packages for management approval.

  • Coordinates concept execution after approval.

  • Executes and monitors the performance of approved concepts/programs.

  • Proposes enhancements to programs based on performance.

  • Manages and maximizes budgets while achieving campaign KPIs.

  • Prepares reports, incentive programs, distribution, and sales promotion programs.

  • Manages relationships with Toyota dealers and TMP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or Communications, and other related courses

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or General Marketing

  • Good project management skills with minimal supervision. The use of project management tools is nice to have but not required.

  • Advantage but not required:

  • Experience working in a creative or media agency.

  • Experience in Digital Ads implementation and knowledge of the Ad Ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of basic programming skills.

  • Willing to work onsite (Makati Head Office).
