A leading company in the automotive finance sector is seeking a marketing professional who can manage and execute digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid background in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience. This role involves collaborating with creative agencies and managing relationships with Toyota dealers, while adhering to campaign KPIs and budgets.
Coordinates with all concerned parties to ensure the successful execution of individual programs/projects. These parties may include creative/ad agencies, Toyota dealerships, Toyota Motors Phil (TMP) Marketing Services team, and 3rd party suppliers.
Develops and strategizes concept proposals, brand positioning, and marketing programs.
Presents programs/projects as complete packages for management approval.
Coordinates concept execution after approval.
Executes and monitors the performance of approved concepts/programs.
Proposes enhancements to programs based on performance.
Manages and maximizes budgets while achieving campaign KPIs.
Prepares reports, incentive programs, distribution, and sales promotion programs.
Manages relationships with Toyota dealers and TMP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or Communications, and other related courses
Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or General Marketing
Good project management skills with minimal supervision. The use of project management tools is nice to have but not required.
Advantage but not required:
Experience working in a creative or media agency.
Experience in Digital Ads implementation and knowledge of the Ad Ecosystem.
Knowledge of basic programming skills.
Willing to work onsite (Makati Head Office).
