Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and coordinate the company's marketing initiatives across digital, physical/events, and traditional channels. This role is integral to enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through strategic and creative marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of marketing efforts while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Additional support staff may be added to the team based on evolving business needs and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  1. Develop and manage digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, etc.)

  2. Oversee website content, UX, and performance analytics.

  3. Manage content calendars and digital assets.

  4. Analyze online traffic and engagement metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Physical/Events Marketing:

  1. Plan and execute events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.

  2. Coordinate logistics, event branding, and vendor management.

  3. Ensure brand presence and engagement during onsite activities.

  4. Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.

Traditional Marketing:

  1. Create and manage print advertising, brochures, flyers, and other traditional marketing materials.

  2. Work with vendors and media outlets to distribute print and broadcast materials.

  3. Maintain alignment of traditional marketing with overall brand strategy.

General & Strategic Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  3. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend adjustments to strategies.

  4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  2. 2–5 years of experience in a comprehensive marketing role.

  3. Proven track record in digital, traditional, and event marketing.

  4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, etc.)

  7. Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
