About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible to work closely with the Trade Marketing Head in planning and executing LMS, merchandise, and branch expansion-related items, including but not limited to content creation, purchase requests, production, and delivery of various items.
How you'll contribute
- Responsible for daily engagement and posts related to Lobby Management Standards (LMS) on the Viva Engage/Yammer community, including but not limited to content planning and coordination with other departments.
- Resolve issues related to lobby management standards under the brand category, including but not limited to updating branch upkeep guidelines, providing updates to the lobby quality team under the Branch Banking Group (BBG), and providing resolutions to branches with audit concerns related to the brand that may or may not be raised in the Lobby Service Desk (LSD) tool.
- Support the creation and implementation of projects under the Trade Marketing roadmap.
- Provide event support for Trade Marketing and business units, including but not limited to booth design, ingress, and egress.
- Monitor brand site requests for merchandise.
- Handle the inventory of all merchandise and other items under Trade Marketing that can be found in all stockrooms.
- Find a way to maximize the existing Viva Engage community (LMS) to promote advisories, activities, and important documents.
- Research the best approaches that the bank can take to promote the company through Trade Marketing projects (ex. Product marketing in-branch).
- Coordinate with the General Services Division and external parties for any merchandise or materials needed for the projects under Trade Marketing including costing, budget planning, and successful production.
- Supervise the timely delivery of branch merchandise, handle the inventory tool and brand site request page.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia
- 0-3 years experience in Advertising, Marketing / Business Development/PR Events, Banking, Research and Development
- Retail merchandising, project management
- Organizational skills, administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
