GENERAL JOB DEFINITION: MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting the company and its products, advancing company strategic goals through marketing campaigns, social media engagement and quality customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Provide excellent customer service, including but not limited to handling customer complaints, queries, returns, requests.

2. Create social media campaigns, including but not limited to regular posts, announcements of holiday closures, promotional events or products.

3. Develop marketing campaigns, goals and deadlines.

4. Create reports on marketing and customer service performance.

5. Perform market and client research.

6. Organize special events in line with the company’s branding or image.

7. Create signages, window displays, rack displays according to the company’s needs.

8. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the customer service area

9. Performs other functions as required by the immediate superior or as required by the management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
