Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an intern for Global Business Solutions in Taguig to assist with marketing plans, roadshows, and event coordination. You will support agency briefs, manage materials, invitations, and attendee experiences, while tracking leads and generating insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Economics/Data Analytics or related field
• Strong academic standing (GPA varies by market)
• Prior internship or project in digital advertising, media, sales, or marketing
• Familiarity with digital/social media platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools — Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, or basic SQL
• Presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
• Preferred: experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration
• Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of advertising/creator economy metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS)

Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution: Support marketing plan implementation for CS workshops and roadshows with existing and new clients
• Marketing Agency Coordination: Brief and manage creative agencies for event collaterals and digital assets
• Promotional Materials & Logistics: Oversee production, distribution, and inventory of event items
• Participant Management: Manage invitations, RSVPs, and stakeholder coordination for high-quality attendee experience
• Lead Generation: Monitor agency leads and report per-agency conversion weekly
• Partner Incubation Documentation: Gather onboarding documentation for agencies (target 50)
• Account Documentation: Follow-up with agency advertisers and ensure access verifications
• Data Analytics and Insights: Support dashboards and reporting for strategy and insights
