Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Taguig is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist at Supervising Associate level to lead end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, and align with Brand & Marketing objectives.

You will partner with BMC leaders, oversee events and campaigns across social media, digital, print, and webinars, analyze performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 8–10 years of end-to-end campaign management and event management experience; 9+ years in B2B marketing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Independent work ethic with high attention to detail and prioritization.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Experience with email marketing tools and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Devise, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Track and report campaign budgets; ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Partner with Global Delivery Services, vendors and stakeholders to meet goals.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to improve performance.
• Produce executive-level performance reports and insights.
• Provide administrative support to the BMC team and prepare decks.
• Conceptualize and run hybrid events (webinars, podcasts, roundtables).
• Coordinate with tech for on-site production; ensure EY brand compliance.
