Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist to lead end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications leaders to deliver high-impact programs.

You will manage social, digital, events, and print channels, analyze performance with tools like Google Analytics, Sprinklr, and Adobe Analytics, and report insights to executives. Strong stakeholder management and event orchestration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• MBA or MS in Marketing preferred.
• 8–10 years end-to-end campaign management and event management experience.

Responsibilities

• Devise, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
• Track, manage and report on campaign budgets.
• Forge partnerships with Global Delivery Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to assess performance and identify enhancements.
• Produce performance reports and insights for executives.
• Provide administrative support to the BMC team, including scheduling and deck preparation.
• Organize hybrid events like webinars, podcasts and roundtables.
