Job summary

Shopee’s Instant Delivery team seeks a Marketing/Demand Planning Analyst to translate business goals into actionable demand plans. You will work with Shopee Marketing, BD, and Operations to drive buyer demand, forecast volume, and ensure supply readiness across locations.

In this role you will support voucher planning, campaign strategy, and cross-functional execution, monitor performance metrics, and prepare planning trackers and updates to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years in marketing, FP&A, project management, strategy, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields; fresh grads welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree; strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with numbers, forecasts, and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Shopee Marketing to support buyer-facing marketing exposure driving demand for SPX Express.
• Support voucher planning and other demand-driving initiatives while conducting demand forecasting and volume tracking.
• Collaborate with the merchant acquisition team to align demand with supply across SKU mix, F&B categories, merchant types, and locations.
• Support end-to-end campaign planning, including promotion mechanics, budget tracking, demand/supply assumptions, execution readiness, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor business performance and campaign metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in demand generation and execution.
• Prepare planning trackers, reports, and business updates to support team visibility and decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across marketing, BD, operations, and other stakeholders.

The team works closely with Shopee Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to shape buyer demand, plan campaigns, forecast volume, and ensure supply readiness across merchants, categories, and locations.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in marketing, business planning, FP&A, project management, strategy, e-commerce, logistics, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with numbers, forecasts, and performance data
• Strong logical thinking and a data-driven mindset
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams
